Can I get Hope Scholarship if I'm not a resident of Georgia but planning to attend a college in Georgia?
I went to my first two years of high school in Georgia, but I moved to Oklahoma. I plan on attending Mercer University. I was wondering if I am able to obtain the Hope Scholarship. My GPA is a 3.67 and my ACT score was a 27.
