Can an illegal immigrant go to college in Georgia

Can an illegal immigrant go to college in Georgia?
I am 17 years old and I have been in the U.S. almost my entire life and our family came here on a tourist visa and over stayed. I was wondering if it is possible for me to get into a college with out of state tuition in the state of Georgia. And yes I have been living in Georgia.

Not if you are illegal.
