Answer 1 :
Um SCAD is a GREAT school.. not sure about the Hope scholarship. GOOD LUCK! That is what I majored in and LOVE IT!!!!
Answer 2 :
SCAD would be good, but very expensive. I just heard about an hour ago about North Georgia Technical College just outside of Clarkesville, GA, up I985 and GA 365 NE of Atlanta. You don't need to travel far from home. Most of the 2 year public college, all of which will take HOPE, offer enough for you to get started, at least, and then (if you want) you can transfer to one of the larger universities. Another good one would be the Art Institute of Atlanta, but some of the best professional photographers have gone to UGA. Private colleges only get a small bit of your HOPE. For instance, my son went to Young Harris and HOPE only paid for $1000/term. That might be more now, but the cost of college has gone up dramatically. Also, most of the 2 year colleges offer courses at night through adult education. THat is not enough to get your a Bachelor of Fine Arts, but, again, it will get you started.
Answer 3 :
