My chance of getting into North Georgia College & State University
My chance of getting into North Georgia College & State University?
I'm about to be a senior in high school. What are my chances of getting into North Georgia College & State University? I have a 3.5 gpa, all A's and B's throughout high school. 24 on the ACT. and a 1530 on the SAT. i know my SAT score isn't that great, but will my ACT score be enough to get me in?

I think your ACT score is pretty good. North Georgia basically has the same standards as GCSU and KSU. You may want to retake your SAT's and shoot for a 1700. Your GPA is great! I do not really think you will have a problem getting in. Just apply there early like as soon as possible. I applied there in November and I got put on a waiting list because the dorms were full by that time--they fill up reallllly fast so the earlier you apply the better! Best of luck getting in. Its a beautiful college and a great school! :)

Can i transfer from Georgia Perimiter College to University of Georgia (UGA) if i have a 4.0 GPA
Can i transfer from Georgia Perimiter College to University of Georgia (UGA) if i have a 4.0 GPA?
I want to become a pharmacist.. and i want to know if its possible to transfer from a Community college to a University.. What r the requirements? please help

Yes, you can do this. Just make sure that you have the transfer requirements for that school. You might want to visit http://www.GetIntoPharmacySchool.com and buy the ebook. It is a great read and can steer you to the right direction in getting into pharmacy school

LOTS of people transfer into UGA from smaller colleges. IF you go to www.uga.edu/info and search for "Transfer Equivalencies" and you can see what your classes at GPC will transfer to UGA as. Also, don't be afraid to call someone at UGA and ask...call the admissions office or someone in the pharmacy department. You have to submit an application (available on the website) just as if you were a freshman. You'll just check transfer student instead of freshman.
