Heard on Neal Borst program, you need to drop your Christian faith if you want to be in their graduate program. Where do these Jesus & Christian haters come from? Don`t we have freedom to worship & practice any spiritual belief or not practice any if we so choose? What is it that our soldiers have fought & continue to this day to do so for? Is our freedom of spiritual belief practices not one of them?

Any school that does that should immediately lose all federal funding. No pell to students, nothing. Then a good school should offer that student a spot in their program.

They didn't say the student couldn't be Christian, she just had to support homosexuality. This is all a part of the indoctrination of a nation.

Where is the ACLU? The real goal of the ACLU is Communism. This scenario is unconstitutional. More proof of indoctrination at schools of higher learning and they get it from public schools.

I enjoy listening to Neal Boortz! That's really a shame and just goes to show that those kinds of liberals are not as tolerant as they present to be. Makes you wonder where the ACLU is on these issues? Really, asking someone to just drop their faith is like telling a person to recreate who they are on the spot. What needs to be done is people drop that program.

They cannot do that we have freedom of speech and freedom of religion in this country and on top of that separation of church and state. If they want to do that then they need to go somewhere else like Russia that does not have separation of church and state. I don't know where these Jesus haters are coming from but I sure do know where they are going. I'm going to a swingin party with Jesus but they will be all alone in the dark and lost forever so they are the ones in trouble not us. I really feel sorry for people like that Christians have more fun. Those people think they do but the after fun result is usually depression and head aches.

You really shouldn't believe what you hear on right wing, Conservative talk radio shows. They lie, you know. This woman is enrolled in a graduate counseling program where she will deal with homosexuals. She's ignoring the overwhelming legal and medical evidence that homosexuality is not a behavioral choice, but a biological drive. Nobody says she has to give up her religion, she must just understand that no everyone has the same views. That's what counselors do. If she claimed a 5-year old was able to understand death, she'd be laughed out of school because we know, emotionally, the child is not able to make that connection. She's refusing to acknowledge scientific and legal facts, so, IMO, she should be kicked out of the class. There are probably people waiting in line for her spot in the class who are smart enough to learn from medical and scientific research.

I know that there is a lawsuit filed against the school that is based on the constitution. I don't know how many people on this forum are aware that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was re-written from a previously written civl rights bill in 1875 . The 1875 bill was ruled unconstitutional based on it premise that it tried to regulate the way that people think. The CRA of 1964 emulates the previous bill but was written using the power of congress to regulate interstate commerce. Clearly though the US Supreme Court has decided that one can not regulate nor enforce the way people think. This woman should be free to complete her program and then if necessary face the proper ethics board that regulates the standards by which they operate. If they kick her out of school, are they willing to give here back all of her tuition that she has payed? I think that when the lawsuit is settled she will have much more money than that.

Yeah, but is it alright to be a fundamentalist Muslim and be in the program? It's easy to exclude a Christian because a Christian isn't going to take your head off. Now if they're willing to offend the Muslims, now that takes guts.
